Cannab!s has helped millions of people find relief, improve their quality of life, and regain a sense of wellness. While it's important to recognize that cannab!s isn't the right solution for everyone, neither is any single medicine or treatment.

The conversation shouldn't be about fear or outdated stereotypes. It should be about education, science, personal choice, and safe access for those who may benefit from it.

No plant, medicine, or therapy works for every person, but those who find relief through cannab!s shouldn't be denied the opportunity to explore it as part of their wellness journey.

This month, we shine a well deserved spotlight who truly embodies what it means to be part of the Krewe family… Brandy Pino! 💚

Brandy isn’t just a member of our Krewe. She’s one of those people who jumped in as a supportive Bud years ago, with both feet, then never looked back. 💚🤩

What started out at 420 Bingo has grown into something much bigger! Somewhere along the way, this Krewe became part of her community, and that community has become family. And Brandy has been supporting fiercely ever since. 🫶

If there’s an event, she’s there.
If there’s a gathering, she’s there.
If a member needs support, she’s there.

And she always shows up ready to have fun with a smile on her face while doing it. 💚

Whether she’s helping behind the scenes, supporting fellow members, or showing up in one of her fabulous costumes, Brandy brings an energy that people naturally gravitate toward. She’s kind, compassionate, empathetic, genuine, welcoming, and always in great spirits, even when life is kicking her a bit. She’s always a breath of fresh air to others!

And let’s be honest…
Nobody commits to a theme quite like Brandy. 🤩

Her costumes are ALWAYS amazing, her creativity shines through in everything she does, and she never misses an opportunity to fully embrace the fun! 💃 That’s just who she is.

But beyond the events and costumes, Brandy has become an important part of the heart of this Krewe. ❤️ She’s helped form friendships, memories, laughter, and connections that extend far beyond Mardi Gras season. She reminds us that the best part of this organization isn’t the floats, the throws, or the parties… it’s the people. 🫶

When she’s not spending time with her Krewe family, and working her paralegal law cases, she’s enjoying time with her hubby Eddie, supporting the community, and they often get to bring her sweet spunky mom, “Mimi” along for the vibes too! You’ll also find her loving on her animals and plants, or working on the outdoor space at home that has become her own little sanctuary of paradise. 🌸🧘🏻‍♀️🌴

Her kindness, positivity, and beautiful spirit make every event a little brighter, and we are so grateful she took a chance on that first 420 Bingo, and has become part of our KdK family.

Rex Herbarius the Enlightened, (Steve YO) was once a roller derby coach, so naturally, he was excited to support West Florida Roller Derby last night 🛼

Beyond the support though, he puts so much into representing and protecting our krewe, and we can’t help but also recognize him as our Krewe Dad ❤️🫂💚

Alongside his Queen (also a Krewe Momma who fills Papa roles too), they are such a dynamic duo who have come to be the best of friends, and we can’t help but recognize them both for Father’s Day today! We know our Reine de Reforme Verte (Tammy Nichols Tomasek) does some pretty heavy lifting herself 💪

But last night they came to support and share the love, intentionally. 😍

If you’ve ever had a moment to spot our King & Queen out in the wild, you’d know the level of deep love they bring with them. ❤️ And if you haven’t, don’t ever hesitate to introduce yourself, and spark up [a conversation or a 💨].

The Supreme Court rules Government cannot restrict gun rights for (C)annab!s use!

In a unanimous decision, the justices ruled in favor of a Texas man who was prosecuted under a federal law prohibiting users of our favorite plant.

Another step in the right direction on a Federal level.

In 1964, scientists successfully identified and isolated T H C for the very first time!

Think about that: Over 60 years ago!
