How Argentina create space for Messi š¦š·š
1ļøā£ Messi drifts inside and finds pockets between the lines.
2ļøā£ The forwards pin the back line, preventing defenders from stepping out to track him.
3ļøā£ The full-backs provide width, stretching the block and creating defensive dilemmas.
4ļøā£ The midfield creates overloads centrally, ensuring Argentina almost always have a free player.
Simple movements. Elite understanding. The result? Messi receives where he can hurt you most.

Your players donāt rise to your speeches. They sink to the level of their environment.
Thatās the system. And itās doing 90% of the coaching for you, for better or worse.
If your team keeps making the same mistake, donāt coach louder. Audit the environment. Something is either rewarding that behavior or failing to interrupt it.
Great coaches donāt grind out behavior one player at a time. They build environments where the right behavior is the path of least resistance.
This week: Pick one behavior you want from your team. Then ask, what in our environment makes it easy? What makes it hard? Whatās one thing I can change by Friday to make it the default?
Change the environment. The behavior follows.
