Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction tailored to individual student needs and IEP goals
• Adapt curriculum, instructional materials, and assessments to support diverse learners
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, service providers, and families to support student success
• Monitor student progress and provide appropriate academic, behavioral, and transition supports
• Maintain accurate records and required special education documentation

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Special Education Teaching Certificate (N-12 or 7-12)
• Knowledge of IDEA, Chapter 14 regulations, and special education compliance requirements
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and student achievement

This full-time contracted position includes a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience and education.
