I'm writing to invite you to an important gathering this Friday evening.
As you may know, the San Diego Muslim community was recently targeted in an anti-Islamic attack. In response, my Church, the Universalist Unitarian Church of Riverside, is hosting Muslim Visionaries for an evening of Community Healing and Solidarity.

The details:
When: Friday, May 22 at 6:00 PM
Where: Universalist Unitarian Church of Riverside, 3525 Mission Inn Avenue, Riverside, CA 92501
This will be a space to come together, listen, grieve, and commit to standing with our Muslim neighbors against hate.

If you can't make it on Friday, there are other ways to help:
Donate to the Islamic Center of San Diego Victim & Family Support Fund at bit.ly/supportICSD
Reach out to Muslim friends and neighbors to let them know you care
Write a letter of solidarity to your local mosque
Offer flowers or a gesture of support to the Islamic Center of Riverside
