When looking for answers to an unexpected death I still grieve, I ran across something my friend wrote about the human experience in the midst of her extreme hardship and sorrow that I’ll never forget.

Paraphrased:
“We aren’t born into this world broken and dark, something happened that made us that way. But, no one is ever too far gone they can’t be brought back to the light. 🕯️
We have to remind people of how we are meant to live, in love, and help them to return back to the light.” 🕯️

As I walk life after her death, I now find myself looking for ways to honor her and how I remember her. And luckily, every week, I get to feel her presence when I work with these brave folks eager to share their yoga story.

The help prepping for the 2024 has been incredible! From the folks at City Hall, to the Streets Department, to Fulton County Public Library, to FULL TILT ARTS, everyone has had a hand in making sure the kids of Rochester have some great park-time fun!
Parks Program starts on Monday at 7:45, and have a full staff excited to welcome all the kids and lots of activities planned!
