What does high quality care look like?

I'm so glad you asked! Here's a little information on our staff credential process:

**CA REQUIRES ALL EARLY CHILDHOOD PROFESSIONALS TO HOLD SPECIFIC CREDENTIALS WHEN WORKING IN A FACILITY**

This is a MINIMUM of 12 units in Early Childhood development, including specific coursework on creating curriculum and teaching methods for young children. Mandated reporter training, a minimum of 16 hours of health and safety training, and a minimum of 16 hours of ongoing annual training to stay up to date on the lastest research.

We love to go above and beyond for our students so we go above the minimum requirements with the additional coursework listed below❤️
