Say hello to the newest addition of our Captain's Reserve line up, the Colombia Carbonic Honey Coconut, Mango Co-Ferment 🥭 🥥

This light roasted, carbonic macerated honey processed co-ferment comes from Quindío, Colombia by the skilled hands of producer Pedro Nel Salazar.

The flavor profile is unsubtle coconut forward with hints of mango sweetness. We taste toasted coconut, piña colada, crème brûlée, and Almond Joy candy bars.

IYKYK, when Black Sails Coffee collides with a co-ferment that wizard magic happens. So and set sail for our roastery in the mighty Oak Park to snag a bag before they're gone!

When you're simply trying to restock your house made banana cold foam for the "Banana Boat" - an iced smoky banana black tea topped with our banana cold foam and dusted with cocoa - but you work with Maple, the notorious banana fiend! 🍌🤪🏴‍☠️

and come take the Banana Boat out for a spin before Maple eats all our supply!
