It’s all fun and games until the bobbin runs out. I’ve been keeping three full bobbins of white (which is what I use most of the time) to be able to get back to sewing quickly with no need to stop and fill my bobbin.

How cute do these boxy T-shirt (Nevermind the graphics, I was playing with what I had on hand) look now with a lettuce sleeve and neckline? This simple sewing task just leveled up these T-shirt to a feminine style in just a matter of minutes.

Had a few more mending jobs for a neighbor which included this sweet lovey.

What action should one take when an item upcycled for resale exceeds your expectations in charm? 😎😉 She is just so pretty! This tote bag, initially a pillow sham, demonstrated potential for a more functional second life.

Early in my sewing journey, the style was ruffles, I grew to despise ruffles. Well fast forward many years later, ruffles are back in style. With time, patience, and wisdom they are now something that I appreciate. Oh, and don’t you just love my sweet tea cup pincushion? 😉

EEEKKK! Isn’t she lovely? This has been on my “To Do” list for few weeks, I’m crushing on her. Anybody else? Would you wear this? More to come next week.
