I’m back home after an incredible 5 days in Tennessee.
This morning, after soaking up sunrise light, I wrote a short article for my substack fam describing how I’m nourishing my nervous system today. Not because anything went wrong. Because it was all beautiful and intense for me.
I love people. I love being on stage with a mic. I love traveling. AND, I’m an introvert who replenishes in solitude.
Yes, I’m working today. Practitioner workshop tomorrow! I weave in the nourishment ~ quantum style.
Read all about it in my substack post. This one is a free article just for YOU.
You can find my substack link in bio or just comment SUB below & I will DM you the link.
Please note: DMs will only reach you if you 1) accept public messages (not a private account) or 2) Follow me (if you have a private account).
Thanks for reading! 💞

The science is catching up to what we already knew in our bones.
Sea swimming is being formally studied as a clinical intervention for depression and anxiety — and the results are striking. High attendance, large effect sizes, and participants reporting immediate mood shifts, more motivation, and a felt sense of connection.
This is what quantum mental health is about. The body isn’t broken. It’s seeking coherence. And sometimes what it needs isn’t another prescription — it’s cold water, an electromagnetic field older than medicine, and a few humans brave enough to jump in together.
Swipe through for the full breakdown, including why this makes sense biologically. 🌊

I’ve been thinking about how easily beliefs become identities.
I’ve seen it in therapists.
I’ve seen it in health practitioners.
I’ve seen it in people struggling with anxiety.
And if I’m honest, I’ve seen it in myself.
The older I get, the less interested I am in defending a position and the more interested I am in asking:
“What’s true?”
Strong convictions are valuable.
So is humility. 🤍

Just reiterating my “real time Ritter rant” 😊
As I’m gearing up to guide the very 1st Certified Anxiety Recovery Coach cohort via ~ this is the theme.
The opposite of anxiety is TRUST. Practitioners that embody trust while remaining flexible foster transformation in their work.
Make no mistake, love is the medicine. Love as a frequency. Rigid practitioners, like rigid people everywhere, entangle themselves in a fear frequency. No shade. We’ve all been here…in fact, seeing where we’ve been (or are) rigid is part of the curiosity that keeps us effective.
I’ll say it again: the very first cohort of QMHI Certified Anxiety Recovery Coach practitioners happens to be the most amazing group of people (can I get a hallelujah 🙌). I could not be more excited!!
