This custom counter height dining table set was a great learning experience! I challenged my self to make these chairs with upholstered seats, and my wife takes the credit for doing the upholstering.
The set included 4 upholstered chairs and 4 with seats to match the table top.

It has been a long time coming. The first table design of Gians Woodworks is here. Handcrafted from ash wood, which makes it a strong, durable, and timeless piece that is meant to take on abuse! Yes! You read that correctly. I chose this material after testing other species with my 2 little ones at home 😅. A hardwood that can be stained to your preference, paired with a hard wax finish for maximum protection. Water and scratch resistant, and the best part, IT CAN BE REPAIRED! That’s right! This table can be refinished at any time! Unlike furniture made overseas. My hope is that this table can be passed down to your family and outlast us all!

Hi there! My name Giancarlo Manzaba. For those of you who don’t know me. I’m a son, a big brother, a husband, a father, and, more importantly, a man of faith, not just in God, but on us as a human race. A proud Ecuadorian 🇪🇨 and a thankful American 🇺🇸

I stumbled upon wood projects about 6 years ago, and quickly fell in love with the craft. Throughout this journey I have been blessed and privileged to do custom woodworking projects for some of you amazing people! And I’m very thankful for it 🙏🏾 From cutting boards to custom closets, and everything in between 😅 It has been a rewarding learning experience, but it’s time for a change.

I will be transitioning into more production base products, mainly dining tables, yet still providing the custom element to my work.
