Coaching Avery for the past five years has been an absolute joy. She has grown and matured from a meek little girl into a confident and capable young lady. From her first riding lesson where just getting on the horse was daunting to now winning the NRSHA ranch trail with a combined score of 151.5 and Reserve Champion ranch trail SHTX. These wins show her dedication to her sport and the process. Her work ethic and commitment through struggles and frustrations will continue to take her to the top. Proud of you always, Avery!

This past weekend in Bryan was a huge win for each of the girls. Zoey took her coming 3 yr old filly to her first big show with no expectations other than to stay safe and season the baby to new experiences. Avery and Lola and Olivia and Hercules each scored some personal bests and certainly came to compete this year. Molly and Country showed in their first SHTX show making some nice runs and theyre hooked! Seeing her big smile is what it’s all about. Tyler, Travis, and Little Avery showed in Tiny Trotters and looked so good! Watching these kids conquer their own nerves, handle nervous horses like professionals, and manage their own schedules with little help brings me so much pride. Their maturity and professionalism shines and they recieved many compliments for it.

There have been so many inquiries for summer pony camp 2026 that I am opening up registration. Because of my own very limited schedule there will only be two weeks this year-WHEN ITS FULL, ITS FULL.

🏆 If this is your kiddos fifth consecutive year of summer camp they will be eligible for a commemorative belt buckle.

📣 Summer Camp Registration is now open! Why so early? Because it fills up THAT fast y’all! This Summer I will only be doing TWO weeks of Pony Camp. When they’re booked, they’re booked.

💰 Due to limited spots this Summer, the deposit is $100 (the remaining $300 will be due on or before June 1 making $400 total per child)

🐴 Week 1 June 1-5
🐴 Week 2 June 22-26

🌻8am-2pm
Monday through Thursday the children will start their day by feeding and caring for the horses, learning about tacking up, safety, and practicing their riding skills. Students that are part of the level up program can work on those requirements as well. After lunch the kids complete an assignment out of their workbook and cool off in the pool. All instructors are CPR and First Aid certified.
Friday parents are welcome to stay and watch as we hold a gymkhana (games on horseback) for our campers to demonstrate their skills and compete for ribbons and trophies. This is a great opportunity for parents, grandparents, and friends to pull up a chair and watch all the hard work the kids have put in all week!

❤️Open to school age kids of all experience levels- kinder through age 18. We will match up kids in small groups according to age and ability.

And a very special recognition to Grandma. We all know she’s the real boss around here and the buck stops with her. She’s the safety committee, the water quality inspector, and she better not catch you leaving a gate open. Grandma has helped with pony camp for all five years and has provided invaluable expertise and support. If your child has had a lesson with Grandma they are a better horseman for it. ❤️
