We had our last class on Fear of our series of emotions! Stay tuned to what is coming next!

We had our session on sadness.We talked about things that can make us sad and some tools to help us through it.

We want to make sure that everyone got the notice that we are rescheduling today‘s class due to the upcoming storm.We will make up this class on the 30th. Please stay safe everyone!

We had our third class in our first Emotions series with our fabulous Art therapist Jessica Bump,and it was all about happiness! We discovered some ways to create happiness through using balloons,feathers,music and free dancing! We made our own rainbows and talked about the little things that can make us happy like rainbows and birthdays! We then explored sunshine, birthday and rainbow sensory bins!

Today was our second class in our emotions series with our focus on anger today! We read stories, tried out some breathing exercises, tore magazines and pounded play-dough We then explored our volcano sensory bins!
