We are proud to welcome Shawn Robertson as a Board Member of The Qonnection.

Shawn Robertson is a Leadership Coach with 15+ years of experience developing high-performance teams in challenging environments. A leader-practitioner, he blends military precision, psychological insight, and strategic expertise. He holds a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Master’s in Defense and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.

Shawn is a Special Operations leader who has led diverse military teams in combat across Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Baltics, including strategic operations and intelligence missions. He also served as a Leadership Coach at the United States Military Academy, where he taught cadets the art and science of effective leadership and advised General Officers and DoD civilians on critical decisions.

Today, Shawn helps emerging leaders succeed by activating their potential — driving clarity for themselves, driving clarity for others, and unlocking their ability to create meaningful impact. He is committed to inspiring growth, resilience, and purpose wherever he serves.
