Good morning everyone 🌅
Just catching up with y'all.
Progress Report ... I hit my weight goal for May so far, 165 ... Down from 195-197 since September of 2025.
Not easy, but doable.
Things that have worked for me ...
Lots of 🙏 🤲 prayer
1. Hormone balance ⚖️, find a doctor that will help you with that.
2. Vitamins and Supplements, the brand Pure Encapsulation
(Thyroid Support, Metabolic Xtra, Vitamin D, etc.) and
Earthley (Digest Detox, Lymphatic Support, Anti-inflammatory Support, Magnesium) ECT.
Fasting for 24 - 48 hrs (just liquids), Teas!!!
Not eating past 6 p.m.
Staying active
Find your balance.❤️💪
