Rich warm interiors, public art, and small details transform affordable housing into a premium experience for the residents. Once residents have permanent affordable housing they can move their life forward in positive ways. The Bel in Hillcrest does that through design intention, color, materials, natural light, and a great location in the heart of Hillcrest.

The stunning Isle House...Check out that folded facade of brick, metal and glass!...Not a painted surface on this 22 story project that overlooks the bay from Treasure Island. It's been a real honor to have some of my San Francisco photography published this month internationally. These projects were part of 10 photo/video shoot combos I did last year that captured both the spirt, motion and story of the design intent. I shoot in the Bay Area throughout the year and like to ping pong between projects capturing the best weather, natural light and people.

Concrete, wood, and cheerful yellow tile greet the residents at the entrance of the Cuatro Affordable housing project. Once past the front gate, the space opens up to a peaceful courtyard and sky beyond. This is a very special project for the community and it is a pleasure to use photo and video to communicate the impact of the housing project.
