This Mental Health Awareness Month, we are shifting the focus from being "seen" by the world to being known by ourselves and our brothers.
To the men: Your vulnerability is not a weakness; it is your humanity.
To the boys: Your feelings are valid, and your voice matters.

When we talk about Sexual Assult Awareness we often focus on the experiences of women—rightfully so AND we must also create space for the 1 in 6 men who are survivors of sexual violence.
In many cultures, the pressure to "man up" or maintain a certain image prevents men and boys from ever speaking their truth. This silence is where trauma grows. Red Feather Coachong & Consulting is committed to breaking that cycle.
Being a survivor doesn't make you less of a man; it makes you a human who deserves peace, healing, and a community that listens.
