But there is something important I want to share with you today. Less than 6% of all podcasts ever make it to this milestone. It takes a massive amount of energy and effort to keep showing up. Honestly, if I had let that 6% statistic get in my head before I started, I probably never would have hit record.
This is exactly why we have to live our lives by possibilities and not probabilities. We cannot base our choices on what statistics tell us. We are humans with incredible potential, and we get to decide what is possible for us.
Whatever you are unsure about doing right now, let this be your sign. Stop worrying about the odds. Just do it.

Every program out there, and every business coach will tell you to identify your audience. But not too broad because well, speaking to everyone means speaking to no one. But not to narrow because well, the market is too small.
Traditionally you think about these things in terms of age, income, profession, number of kids, you catch my drift.
But what if your message is meant to cut through all of that?
What if your message is to opens hearts and minds to a new way to lead, and a new way to live? The hearts of leaders across industry, across ages, across structure, across types of businesses.
