hearing, MAMAAAAA! during my individual routine just about broke me in two (sound on 🥹)

I’m not going to lie… the last few days I’ve been ruminating on all the things I could have done better. Mistakes I made, I should have been leaner BLAH BLAH.

And then I think about how these boys showed up for me with their signs and cheers and none of that noise between my ears matters.

At the end of the day, I’m so proud to be their mom. To be able to do really hard things and just keep showing up ❤️

I’ve been eating this on repeat and it’s so good! Had to share with you guys.

Single serve cookie butter cheesecake
P: 36 F: 6 C: 36

- 1 c 0% Greek yogurt
- 10g sugar free jello cheesecake
Scoosh zero cal sweetener of choice
- 32g Simple Mills cinnamon thins (graham crackers or biscoff cookies work too!)

Optional whey drip:
1/2 scoop mocha protein powder equip - code ERIKAFISCHER to save
Splash of water

Mix yogurt, jello mix, sweetener in a bowl. Press in cookies of choice. Refrigerate for at least 3 hrs. Mix up whey drip and drizzle on top! Enjoy 🌟

It was never about losing the weight. It was (and is) about getting as strong and unf**kwithable (did I just make that up?! 😂) as possible.

In a society that’s somehow swinging back to praising thinness, I’ll stick with the path that feels badass and empowering: muscle mommy 😏💪🏽✋🏽
