My friend and I are two humble boys from Madrid who crossed paths in San Francisco in 2013. We have the same philosophy of life—to eat well and chill out. My friend learned his mother’s paella recipes when he was little, and has a lot of experience preparing paellas for large gatherings. I’ve been teaching Spanish for years and have all the necessary skills to make your experience unforgettable
