🔹 In the mountains
Meaning: Inside a mountain region or area.
Example: My friends and I spent the weekend in the mountains.
🔹 At the mountain top
Meaning: At a specific point at the highest place of a mountain.
Example: We took a photo at the mountain top.
🔹 On the mountain top
Meaning: Physically standing on the surface of the summit.
Example: We celebrated on the mountain top after the climb.
🔹 Into the mountains
Meaning: Moving from outside toward deeper areas of the mountains.
Example: The hikers went into the mountains early in the morning.
