What we've learned at this summer's Lego Robotics camps: "That's sick" is the ultimate compliment! Kids can code independently younger than you think when they're having fun and inspired. Watching friendships form is the best!

What they've learned: Learning is FUN! Parallel programming. Sound editing. Design. Following instructions. How to use sensors for cause and effect. Problem solving.

💻Beat the heat and turn screen time into skill-building time next week at our Coding in Minecraft Education camp at The Learning Vine: Microschool in Queen Creek! (near Empire/Hawes)

This camp is for 3rd-6th graders and runs Mon-Thu (June 22-25). Curious how Coding in Minecraft is different than playing Minecraft? Here's an example of code one of our students used to build a road by executing code in the Minecraft Education platform.

Our theme next week is City Building and students will learn about urban planning as they design their own city and code stores & schools, homes and other buildings, parks, swimming pools, roads and railway, and maybe even an indoor trampoline park!
