Mothers Day 2026
Nothing huge or lavish happened but the little things and the efforts that were put in today from my 3 people went a long way.
First I got to ride with my hubby this morning to pickup the elderly for church. That was a blessing in itself. I really enjoyed that. Church service was AWESOME.❤️
My daughter Angelia who is still away at college and sent me the sweetest text.
My daughter Maci stopped somewhere on her way home from church and bought me the nicest flowers and of course chocolate. And she asked me if she could paint my nails for me.

Tim took me out for late lunch so no cooking all day.👍👍 then he brought me ice cream while I’m snuggling on the couch with my puppies.

Today we celebrate this girls 20th birthday. Happy birthday Angelia.Unreal how fast life went.
God has great plans for her future. Those are the truths I’ll speak over her today.

Jeanie and I took a fast weekend trip to Florida to see Sharon.
It wasn’t enough time but time we had was worth it and PRECIOUS!
Sharon wanted to walk the beach so we went to Lido for a bit. It was chilly but I personally got my feet in the sand and in certain places the sun felt nice. Sharon felt good and we walked a good amount.
It was good to see palm trees etc but more importantly it felt so good just to see and be with Sharon.
Sharon is my cousin, she’s my age and we have done a lot of life together. 🩷💕
If you are a praying person help us lift her up as she struggles with some serious health concerns.
She needs healing and we believe with all of our being that our Father will heal her.

First day of kindergarten to last day of high school.
….the end of an era for The Ellison family.
She has made a decision to go to Indiana Wesleyan in the fall to study nursing while my oldest will again be at Taylor studying psychology. They will only be 20 minutes apart which makes me very happy for them.

It was a beautiful day for our first IEA show of the season.

Up and out the door early. I worked the concessions until it was Maci’s turn to ride. Soon as she was done we high tailed out of there and are now heading to Indy for her Semi-finals marching band performance tonight at 6:45.
(Yes she’s sleeping as we travel)
She placed 3rd today.🙌🏻🙌🏻

Now hopefully the band will make it to state tonight.

Marching band competition at Carrol Highschool for Regionals to IEA horse show in Shipshewana. First IEA show of this season.

Just finished my first week with this study. It has been wonderful and LOVE the way it’s layed out to dig into his word. Not to mention just how beautiful the book is put together. Planted: “He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season,and its leaf does not wither.” Psalm 1:3
