On May 6, 2010, traders found out. During the Flash Crash, major U.S. indexes, including the S&P 500, DJIA, and Nasdaq Composite, plunged sharply before rebounding just as fast. 📉💸

The chaos lasted about 36 minutes, catching many traders off guard. A British trader, Navinder Sarao, was later accused of using spoofing techniques that contributed to the crash.

Today, we’re revisiting the story of Ciro, one of our successful candidates who passed his evaluation in July 2023.

💻 Ciro first discovered trading while working on a programming project for a trading academy. Curious about the markets, he began studying and practicing on his own.

✍️ Rather than relying on popular indicators, Ciro spent months observing Nasdaq market opens, taking detailed notes, and identifying recurring patterns in price behavior.

🔍 He discovered Earn2Trade while watching trading livestreams on Instagram and was particularly drawn to the Trader Career Path® because of its account growth plan.

💡 One feature that stood out to him was the “Maintain Consistency” rule. Although he initially had doubts about it, he found that it helped him avoid common trading mistakes and stay aligned with his daily targets.

🎢 The most difficult part of the evaluation was emotional. For nearly a month, he found himself repeatedly getting close to the profit target, only to pull back before reaching it.

📈 That experience taught him to focus less on the profit target and more on following his process, trusting that the results would eventually come.

🚫 Ciro advises traders not to chase “miraculous indicators” or copy strategies from famous YouTubers. Instead, he recommends observing the market daily, taking notes, and developing a strategy based on their own observations.

🗒️ His advice to other candidates is to define clear rules from the start and stick to them. He believes consistency and discipline can help not only in trading, but in life as a whole.
