For more than 19 years, I have had the privilege of working alongside children, teens, families, educators, and community members in my mental health practice!

Throughout that journey, my work has taken many forms—from psychological assessment and counseling to workshops, educational resources, children's literature, teaching, and parent education. While the settings and experiences may differ, the mission has always remained the same: helping people better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and reach their potential.

This video is a reflection of that journey, the work I love, and the heart behind Educating Youth Services.
