Sauerkraut schmeckt gut und ist gesund.

Autumn, the first frosts have appeared in some places beginning the Sauerkraut season, and in 1969 a young man had fun preparing Sauerkraut with his Omi, in a Swabian village southwestern Germany.

Pounding down the sliced cabbage, Oma had probably added a little salt, caraway seeds, juniper berries... he was looking forward to enjoying the results of his cookery skills in just a few weeks.
