Our aim is to provide UPS students with the opportunity to gain experience and further their interest in film and video production.
The club is essentially an outlet to learn more about the dynamics of media. We intend to analyze film and filming techniques as well as participate in group projects. Every semester, each group will produce a short student film that will be featured on campus. If you have any interest in acting, writing, directing, or editing, please feel free to contact us!

HELLO FILM & MEDIA PRODUCTION CLUB friends/members/community! We hope you all had a relaxing summer and can't wait to release and share what we have been working on this past spring semester! We will soon release our Spring short films that were student written, produced, directed, acted, edited, and enjoyed! The two releases will be "The Waitress" and "Unattached". But for now, here is a wonderful short project we made starring UPS's former Academic Vice President Dean Mike Segawa and our very own Film Club President Callahan Foley! This short produced media project centers around Dean Seqawa's infamous "20 Things To Do Before You're a Sophomore" that he administers to the freshman class with gift card discounts and incentives! We are incredibly excited and humbled to announce that the Film & Media Production Club has won UPS's 38th annual Foolish Pleasures Film Festival for the 2nd year in a row! As a collective group of independent filmmakers, we know none of our projects would be possible without the time and dedication committed to each project by our club and the casts we have for each production. Our Spring 2016 film, "The Return" was the winner at large for the festival. Yet, additional prizes were awarded to our Fall 2017 film, "The Dynamic Revenger" and our Spring 2016 film, "Philosophy 101". Special shoutouts to the leadership positions for those films celebrated and awarded, Noah Thomas, Jake Webb, Callahan Foley, Solana Michael!
