My favorite way to see big moose up close is from the safety of my truck. This big boy crossed the road and almost became a statistic. I've seen more moose, bear, fox, wolves, bison and elk up here in the past two weeks than in the rest of my life combined!

A great day for testing new things!
For some reason I can't make any Windows machine recognize the digirig lite. The drivers dont work, not sure what else to even do.
However JS8CALL now has an Android app which works exceptionally well! I was able to sling up an antenna (poorly) and make contacts across the country.
Next to figure out the control on the digirig so that the ptt / transmit will work.

The road trip from Pennsylvania to Moab, then Idaho, the Phoenix, then Page and now up into Montana. What a long strange trip indeed. From the heat of Phoenix to the snowy mountains of Utah to now, the Gem State. Camped next to a soothing mountain stream for the next week or so
