It was a big weekend for the team.

We had athletes racing two IRONMAN 70.3 events. Ian raced Happy Valley and Shane raced Rockford. Great work!

The weekend before Sam raced the duathlon at Deer Creek. Great job!

Meet Patrick!

From signing up for a triathlon before knowing how to ride a bike, to finding joy in training rides with friends and family on the sidelines, this is what endurance sport is really about: growth, grit, and showing up together.

Ashley Hartman completed the second of two Run Toledo May duathlons.

Early season races are a great way to start practicing transitions, pacing, fueling, and gauging your fitness. All the hard work, including our virtual group trainer sessions over the winter, are paying off!

Excellent work Ashley, you are building a great season working towards Musselman 70.3!

It was a great weekend of racing for the team, with athletes accomplishing big goals both close to home and across the world.

JC had a great race at the Medina Half Marathon & 5K and came away with a PR. Huge congratulations on the hard work paying off!

Kristy traveled to South Africa to race Cape Town Marathon, an incredible event that is currently a candidate for the Abbott World Marathon Majors. What an amazing experience and accomplishment!

We are proud of the dedication, consistency, and commitment this team brings every day. Congratulations to both athletes on fantastic performances.

We had a great time at the team picnic and ride at Rocky River Reservation. Outdoor training season has begun!

Good luck to all our athletes racing the
