Fun fact: before I entered the mental health space, I was a business coach! I’m grateful that my supervisor at allows me space to be creative with my support groups and workshops!

You don’t need to have attended Part 1 to attend Part 2. In Part 1 we created an outline for our vision. In Part 2 we will start to work on content.

Welcome to Reset: A Soul-Tending Journaling & Meditation Class, a space to slow down and to tend to the garden within. Through guided journaling and reflection, we’ll explore the condition of our hearts: Is the soil rocky, thorny, or fertile? Rooted in Luke 8:4–15, this experience invites you to examine what you’re cultivating and create space for God’s Word to grow and flourish in your life.
