If your DACA is expiring soon, don't wait.

Consider renewing early when there are 150+ days left before expiration. Some renewals are taking as long as 7 months to process right now. USCIS is failing to process applications on time — and our neighbors are paying the price. We are demanding better.

✍️ Send a letter to Congress: Tell them we need citizenship now:

All students in the U.S. have a right to public education, “regardless of a child’s or guardian’s citizenship, immigration status, or English language proficiency. These rights were upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in its 1982 decision in Plyler v. Doe.” 🚸

⚖️ Recognizing the fundamental common good to society of educating all our children, the landmark Plyer v. Doe decision opened the doors for the children of undocumented immigrants to attend public schools.

Fourteen years after DACA was created, Dreamers are still waiting for the certainty and dignity they deserve.

DACA has changed lives. It opened doors for hundreds of thousands of young immigrants who have grown up, worked, studied, built families, and contributed to the only country many have ever called home. Today, more than 500,000 DACA recipients live, work, study, and contribute to communities across the United States. They are our teachers, health care workers, entrepreneurs, neighbors, friends, and loved ones.’

For too long, Dreamers have been forced to build their lives under temporary protection, with their futures subject to court rulings, renewal delays, political attacks, and aggressive immigration enforcement. Since the start of 2025, hundreds of DACA recipients have been detained, and dozens have been deported.

The time for half measures has passed. Dreamers have waited long enough. Congress and the Administration must act with urgency and deliver permanent protections, including a pathway to citizenship.

Nearly 80% of Americans support providing Dreamers with permanent legal status and a pathway to citizenship. Now our nation’s leaders must show the same commitment and deliver the lasting solution Dreamers have earned and deserve.

On DACA’s 14th anniversary, we celebrate Dreamers.

They have gone to school, built families and lives, and contributed enormously to our communities. They belong here.

It has been a dark time for Dreamers under Trump’s mass deportation machine—ICE has detained and deported hundreds of DACA recipients. Today, we renew our commitment to immigration reform and protecting Dreamers.
