That's a wrap!
The Bayard School concluded the school year on an all-time high with an unforgettable trip to New York City to experience the award-winning Broadway production of WICKED.
This educational and arts-filled field experience provided students with the opportunity to witness a live theatrical performance while exploring the creativity, talent, and dedication that bring Broadway productions to life.
The trip served as more than just entertainment, it was a powerful learning experience that exposed students to the performing arts, storytelling, music, stage production, and the rich cultural opportunities available beyond the classroom. Students were engaged, inspired, and captivated by the spectacular performance, making memories that will last a lifetime.
As we celebrate another successful school year, this incredible experience was the perfect way to reward our students for their hard work and conclude the year with learning, laughter, and inspiration. The Bayard School is proud to continue providing opportunities that broaden our students' horizons and encourage them to dream big.

Our 8th Grade students enjoyed An Evening in Paris for their end-of-year Dinner Dance. It was a fabulous evening filled with fun, laughter, line dancing, and unforgettable memories as we celebrated our students and their accomplishments.
The theme, "Bayard Meets Paris," transformed the evening into a beautiful Parisian experience complete with elegant dΓ©cor, themed attractions, great music, delicious desserts, and an exciting atmosphere that all enjoyed.
Students danced the night away, celebrated friendships, and created lasting memories as they prepared for the next chapter of their educational journey.
A special thank you to our partners at United Way for their support and to our TOSA, Karen Knight, for planning and organizing this special event.
The event was truly a wonderful celebration for all who attended. We are proud of our students and excited to see them embark on their next journey in life. Au revoir, Class of 2026, and congratulations on a memorable evening in Paris!

What a memorable way to celebrate our students' hard work and achievement!
Last week, students in 3rd-5th who scored at a Level 3 or above on the SBAC assessment earned the opportunity to throw a pie at Ms. Suchyj. A total of 46 pies were tossed in recognition of their dedication and success!
The rest of our students in grades 3β5 came out to cheer on their classmates and celebrate their accomplishments. Ms. Suchyj is already hoping that next year we'll double the number of pies she gets hit with as even more students reach this incredible milestone!
A special thank you to Ms. Jackson for helping prepare all of the pie pans and making the event possible!
