📚 Educards Training Successfully Conducted at Tafea Provincial Education Office

Today, the Educards School Management System training was successfully conducted at the Tafea Provincial Education Office, facilitated by the team from Kwamera Junior Secondary School.

We would like to sincerely acknowledge the Principal and teachers of Kwamera Junior Secondary School for their leadership, commitment, and support in helping other schools strengthen their capacity in using the Educards system.

Participating schools included:

During the training, participants gained practical knowledge on:
• Setting up school data within Educards
• Assigning teachers to subjects
• Entering student information
• Assigning students to classes
• Assigning class teachers
• Managing school records and academic monitoring efficiently

Educards is a School Report and Monitoring Management System developed by a local Ni-Vanuatu IT team at Innovatel Hub Solution Limited. The system is designed to support schools across Vanuatu by improving student data management, academic reporting, and performance monitoring.

We are encouraged by the positive engagement from participating schools and look forward to seeing Educards contribute to more effective school administration and improved educational outcomes throughout Tafea Province and Vanuatu.

Educards training was successfully conducted at Fetukai School, Central Tanna, upon invitation from the School Administration.

The training focused on strengthening the use of the Educards System, an important digital platform designed to support effective school management and student reporting. Educards helps schools manage student records, academic performance, attendance, assessments, and report cards in a more organized, accurate, and efficient way.

Teachers and school staff were trained on how to effectively use the system to improve reporting processes and enhance communication between the school, students, and parents.

A proud and historic milestone for education in Tafea Province as the EduCards School Management & Reporting System was officially launched today at Kwamera Junior Secondary School with the support of the Tafea Provincial Education Office (PEO).

The launching ceremony was attended by representatives from the Tafea PEO Office, School Council, Teachers, Parents, Students, and the EduCards System Team. The event marks the beginning of a new digital transformation journey for schools in the province.

💡 EduCards was proudly developed by the Tafea IT Team under Innovation Hub Solution Company to provide schools and education authorities with a smarter and more efficient way to manage student assessment and academic reporting.
