Week commencing 26th Sept.
U10's Wednesdays 5- 6pm
Colour Belts Thursdays 7-8pm
Higher Belts Sundays 11am

Laois Taekwondo has relocated to Ballyroan Community Hall.
Classes every Thursday 6.30 to 7.45. Ages 6+.

Laois Taekwondo classes resume on Thursday 7th October at 6.30 pm. Venue is Ballyroan Community Hall.

He starts with Inward Crescent kick that we have been practicing on this month...maybe by the time we move on from this kick we will be that good😀

From today, Tuesday 16th March our Zoom classes will start at 7pm Meeting ID and Passcode remain the same.
You are invited to join all classes including those hosted by Master Pat McGovern, Erne TKD. That's a choice of 5 classes per week.
All for just €10 per family, per month. Regards Pat
