Today was one of those days. The animals are healthy, the farm is clean and organised, and the team is following the instructions and standards we have put in place. It reminds me that good leadership isn’t about constantly supervising people it’s about building a team that takes ownership and works with excellence, even when you’re not there.

Leading a farm or any business isn’t always easy, but seeing everything thrive brings so much peace and reminds me why we do what we do.
