The Model of Posterity
Today’s generation of leaders has an obligation to inspire the youth as a measure to ensure the global landscape of society’s future is placed in the hands of a competent people. We have come to a point in our existence where the greatest asset within our reach is the emerging student population within our borders. They carry the hope of transforming the nation of Zimbabwe and the world at large into a beacon of excellence.

The principle of a “downward inheritance” has been the model that has kept society going for centuries. The fabric of society and the standard of life that we inherited and now possess was a result of the labor and sacrifice of our preceding national, business and ministry leaders. They gallantly fought the repressive forces that were a barricade to the emancipation of the communities and today we stand at the pinnacle of sovereignty as a people. They chose to be selfless as fortitude of mind to sacrifice for a better tomorrow that we have received.

The onus is now upon us a generation to build a legacy for tomorrow’s posterity. This we can only do by taking responsibility of the status quo of our natural and spiritual landscape as a people. The blame games should come to a stop and we should make the steps towards harnessing our power raising up leaders in the economic, social, spiritual and political spheres of our society. The future that lies ahead is made by that which we focus on and attain today.

No amount of self-pity, blame and a regressive mind will change the state of our nations twenty years from today. We have come to a place where we need a society that raise up to challenge and transform our future by investing in today’s potential. Tomorrow’s greatness is today’s potential, our responsibility is to transform is to transform tomorrow’s leaders by impacting today’s potential.

Inspiration is the impartation of divine enablement by today’s leader on tomorrow’s leaders. It is a deliberate exercise done by those who have gone ahead of us in business, ministry, education and sport to give us the wisdom they gained over the years for us to surpass their greatness. This is done by posterity excelling in areas that preceding generations failed.

Today’s generation of leaders has an obligation to inspire the youth of today as a measure to ensure the global landscape of society’s future is placed in a competent people.

We are what we are today because of who we were yesterday
The scope of life has the notion that generations ahead always surpass the greatness of today’s leaders. It is unrevokable truth established by the indestructible Kingdom of God.
