The Origins of Beta Secondary School

Beta Secondary School was established in 2015. The school was built through the vision and generosity of the Jere family. Mr. Farai Jere was the main sponsor of the project, while his father, Sekuru Jere, oversaw the day-to-day administration and supervision of the construction.
Through their dedication and commitment to education, two classroom blocks were successfully completed in 2015, marking the foundation of what has grown into Beta Secondary School today.
We honour and appreciate the Jere family for their lasting contribution to the community and to the education of future generations

🚨 ZIMSEC Examination Fees Increased 🚨

OLD FEES (with subsidy):

▪️ O-Level: USD 11 per subject
▪️ A-Level: USD 22 per subject

NEW FEES (full cost):

▪️ O-Level: USD 24 per subject
▪️ A-Level: USD 48 per subject

📈 Fees have almost doubled, making exams more expensive for parents and students.
Education should be affordable for all.

Not everything you lose is a loss. Not everything is a loss. Sometimes, it’s protection. Everyone carries an atmosphere. When you stop associating yourself with the wrong people, you give the right things the opportunity to associate with you. The difference between seasons in a man's life is simply an instruction.

As you move forward in life, you may have to change your circle of friends. Not everyone around you is interested in seeing you improve. Be picky about the energy you surround yourself with. You can never outgrow those you surround yourself with. You owe yourself that much. If you run around with 9 losers, pretty soon you'll be the 10th loser.

You cannot hang out with negative people and expect to live a positive life. Leave that circle! Negative people have a problem for every solution.
