Meet Luke.
A busy dentist working long hours, seeing patients all day, and somehow finding time to study for dental exams on top of it all.
The reality?
There was no chance of following a “perfect” fitness plan.
No meal prep seven days a week.
No two hour gym sessions.
Because that’s not real life.
Instead, we focused on the fundamentals.
âś… Increased his protein intake
âś… Started taking creatine
âś… Committed to 3-4 gym sessions per week
âś… Put a clear nutrition structure in place
âś… Stopped mindlessly raiding the snacks at work
Nothing revolutionary.
Just the right habits, repeated consistently.
And that’s where the magic happened.
Luke has lost body fat, built muscle, and gained a huge amount of confidence along the way.
The best part?
He hasn’t felt like he’s been “on a diet.”
He’s enjoyed the process, built sustainable habits, and created a routine that fits around a demanding career and study schedule.
These photos honestly don’t do justice to the progress he’s made.
Because the biggest transformation isn’t what you can see.
It’s knowing that even with long hours, stress, exams, and a packed schedule, you’re still capable of taking control of your health.
Most people think they need more time before they start.
Luke proved that what they really need is a plan that works with their life, not against it.
Massive credit to you, mate. Every bit of this progress has been earned.
And we’re only getting started 💪🔥

June in the UAE 🇦🇪
This is where most expats lose momentum.
The leaving brunches start.
The farewell drinks get booked in.
Engagement parties.
Baby showers.
End-of-year work events.
Everyone’s getting ready to leave for summer.
It’s the same hectic season every year.
And before you know it, one missed workout becomes a week.
One weekend off becomes a month.
And “I’ll get back on track after summer” becomes another September spent trying to undo the damage.
Extra weight.
Lower energy.
Tighter clothes.
Less confidence.
The frustrating part?
You’ve probably lived this story before.
The people who stay in shape in the UAE aren’t the ones with more motivation.
They’re the ones who keep showing up when life gets busy.
Because your body doesn’t care about brunches, holidays or travel plans.
It responds to the habits you keep when everyone else is hitting pause.
You don’t need a perfect summer.
You need a plan that works during summer.
So when September arrives, you’re not starting again.
You’re already ahead.
DM “SHOWUP” if you’re tired of spending every September losing the same weight all over again. 🇦🇪

Big week inside The Fit Expat Academy.
Real clients. Real progress. No extremes. No starting over every Monday.
Just structure, accountability, and a plan that actually fits the UAE lifestyle.
If you’re tired of:
– Gaining weight every weekend
– Feeling out of control with food
– Training hard but seeing no real change
This is exactly what we fix.
Results don’t come from more motivation… they come from having the right system.
If you’re ready to get in shape without sacrificing your social life, send me EXPAT and let’s talk.

Every year it’s the same story.
January: “This is my year.”
March: “I’ll start after Easter’’
May: “Once Eid is done.”
It’s now June. Summer’s here. Where’s the body?
The “summer body” doesn’t get built in summer.
It gets built in the 5 months BEFORE, when you didn’t.
But here’s the thing… you can still salvage it.
You CAN be visibly different by August. Significantly different by September.
The expats who’ll look great when they fly home in 4 weeks didn’t wait for the perfect time.
DM “SUMMERBODY” to actually do something about it this year.

SAVE THIS : your 7-day post-Eid reset plan 🔄
Six days of eating out. Late nights. Travel.
Most expats spend the week AFTER Eid feeling sluggish, bloated and demotivated, which turns into another month of “I’ll start soon”.
This week is different.
Follow this simple 7-day plan and by next Monday you’re back to baseline AND riding the momentum into summer.
No crash diet. No punishment. Just a structured return to your rhythm.
DM me “7DAY” for the FULL plan.

Nobody claps for the work that happens before this moment.
The 5am sessions when the alarm goes off and nobody is watching.
The Thursday night when everyone heads to the bar and you still train Friday morning.
The weeks when life gets heavy and you show up anyway.
This is what that work looks like when it’s tested.
I coach expat men in the UAE who are done being the version of themselves they don’t recognise in photos.
The guy who avoids mirrors.
The guy who wears a t-shirt at the pool.
The guy who says “I’ll sort it out when things calm down” and things never calm down.
If that’s you, DM me “WORK” and let’s start building the version of you that shows up differently.
