استقبلت جامعة العين في مقرها بأبوظبي وفداً من سفارة جمهورية أوزبكستان، لبحث سبل تعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي مع المؤسسات التعليمية في أوزبكستان، وفتح آفاق جديدة للتواصل وتبادل الخبرات في مجالات التعليم العالي.
وتناول اللقاء أبرز التطورات في قطاع التعليم العالي، وإمكانية بناء شراكات مستقبلية تشمل التبادل الطلابي والأكاديمي، وتنظيم فعاليات علمية وثقافية مشتركة، بما يعزز التعاون المعرفي والثقافي بين الجانبين.
وضم الوفد سعادة أليشر سالوموف، مستشار وزير البيئة في جمهورية أوزبكستان، وسعادة جاكونجير زايتوف، نائب السفير والقائم بالأعمال، والسيد سردور كريمجانوف، السكرتير الأول للشؤون الاقتصادية، وكان في استقبالهم الدكتور نور الدين عطاطرة، نائب رئيس مجلس أمناء جامعة العين، والأستاذ الدكتور عامر قاسم، نائب رئيس الجامعة.

Al Ain University welcomed a delegation from the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan at its Abu Dhabi campus to discuss ways to enhance academic cooperation with educational institutions in Uzbekistan and open new horizons for communication and the exchange of expertise in higher education.
The meeting highlighted key developments in the higher education sector and explored the possibility of building future partnerships, including student and academic exchange, as well as organizing joint scientific and cultural events to strengthen knowledge and cultural cooperation between both sides.
The delegation included H.E. Alisher Salomov, Advisor to the Minister of Ecology of the Republic of Uzbekistan; H.E. Mr. Jakhongir Xaitov, Deputy Head of Mission (Charge Affaires), and Mr. Sardor Karimjanov, First Secretary for Economic Affairs. They were received by Dr. Noor Al Deen Atatreh, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al Ain University, and Prof. Amer Qasem, Vice President of the University.

نظّمت كلية الصيدلة في جامعة العين فعالية يوم الصيدلة والتغذية المهني في مقر أبوظبي، بمشاركة مجموعة من الشركات والمؤسسات الصحية والصيدلانية، وبحضور طلبة وخريجي الكلية. وتضمّنت الفعالية جلسات حوارية حول فرص التدريب الصيدلاني، وفرص التدريب والتعليم بعد التخرج، إلى جانب جلسة نقاشية ومعرض مهني أتاح للطلبة فرصة الالتقاء بممثلي جهات العمل، وإجراء مقابلات فورية، والحصول على دعم في مراجعة السيرة الذاتية والاستعداد للمقابلات بالتعاون مع مواهب – دائرة التمكين الحكومي ومكتب الخريجين في جامعة العين. وتأتي هذه الفعالية في إطار حرص الجامعة على تعزيز جاهزية طلبتها لسوق العمل، وربطهم بالفرص المهنية والتدريبية في القطاعين الصحي والصيدلاني.

The College of Pharmacy at Al Ain University organized the Pharmacy and Nutrition Career Day at the Abu Dhabi Campus, with the participation of a number of healthcare and pharmaceutical companies and institutions, and in the presence of students and graduates of the college.

The event featured career talks on pharmacy training opportunities, as well as training and education opportunities after graduation. It also included a panel discussion and a career fair, which provided students with the opportunity to meet representatives from participating organizations, attend on-the-spot interviews, and receive support in CV review and interview preparation, in collaboration with Mawahib – Department of Government Enablement and the AAU Alumni Office.

This event reflects the university’s commitment to enhancing students’ readiness for the job market and connecting them with professional and training opportunities in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

ضمن جهودها في تعزيز الوعي الصحي ونشر ثقافة السلامة، نظّمت عمادة شؤون الطلبة في مقر أبوظبي، بالتعاون مع الهلال الأحمر الإماراتي، ورشة تدريبية بعنوان "الإسعافات الأولية" قدّمها الأستاذ عبدالله المحمد، حيث تعرّف المشاركون على أساسيات التعامل مع الحالات الطارئة والإصابات المختلفة، وتلقّوا تدريبات عملية على الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (CPR)، والتعامل مع حالات الاختناق والحروق والنزيف والكسور.
وتخللت الورشة تطبيقات عملية وتدريبات ميدانية مكّنت المشاركين من تجربة عدد من سيناريوهات الإسعافات الأولية، مما أسهم في تعزيز جاهزيتهم للتعامل مع المواقف الطارئة وتقديم المساعدة عند الحاجة.

As part of its efforts to promote health awareness and foster a culture of safety, the Deanship of Student Affairs at the Abu Dhabi Campus, in collaboration with the Emirates Red Crescent, organized a training workshop titled "First Aid", delivered by Mr. Abdullah Al Mohamad. The workshop introduced participants to the fundamentals of dealing with emergencies and various injuries, while providing hands-on training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), as well as responding to choking, burns, bleeding, and fractures.

The workshop also featured practical exercises and field-based training sessions that allowed participants to experience different first aid scenarios, helping to enhance their preparedness to respond effectively in emergency situations and provide assistance when needed.

بين المختبرات والتجارب العملية، عاش طلبة المدارس يوماً استثنائياً في جامعة العين خلال "يوم استكشاف الصيدلة والتغذية". حيث خاضوا تجربة تفاعلية أتاحت لهم استكشاف بيئة التعلم الجامعية والتعرف إلى التطبيقات العملية لمجالي الصيدلة والتغذية، في أجواء جمعت بين المعرفة والتجربة والاستكشاف. وتضمّن اليوم مجموعة من الأنشطة التفاعلية والتجارب العملية داخل المختبرات المتخصصة، حيث اطّلع الطلبة على أحدث التقنيات والتطبيقات المستخدمة في المجالين، واستكشفوا الفرص الأكاديمية والمهنية المتاحة مستقبلاً.

School students had the opportunity to explore the world of pharmacy and nutrition at Al Ain University through a dynamic and engaging experience designed to introduce them to these vital healthcare fields. Through hands-on activities, laboratory demonstrations, and interactive sessions, participants gained valuable insights into how pharmacy and nutrition professionals contribute to improving health and well-being.
The event also offered students a closer look at university life, modern learning facilities, and the wide range of academic and career pathways available in both disciplines, helping them make more informed decisions about their future studies and professions.

هكذا كانت بطولة فيفا الإلكترونية التي نظمتها عمادة شؤون الطلبة في مقر أبوظبي، بمشاركة واسعة من الطلبة الذين أظهروا مهارات مميزة وروحاً رياضية عالية، حيث لم تكن البطولة مجرد منافسة في الألعاب الإلكترونية، بل فرصة لتعزيز التفاعل بين الطلبة، وبناء روح التحدي والعمل الجماعي، ضمن تجربة جامعية متكاملة تجمع بين التعلم والترفيه.

Intense competition, impressive skills, and an atmosphere full of excitement!

That was the spirit of the FIFA E-Tournament organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs at the Abu Dhabi Campus, with wide student participation. The participants showcased remarkable gaming skills and outstanding sportsmanship throughout the event.
More than just an e-sports competition, the tournament provided an opportunity to strengthen student engagement, foster a spirit of challenge and teamwork, and enrich the university experience by combining learning with entertainment.
