اختتمت جائزة أبوظبي للتميز في دمج أصحاب الهمم - دمج دورتها الأولى في حفلٍ استثنائي جسّد رسالتها، أي تحويل الدمج من مفهوم إلى ممارسة يومية ومستدامة، إذ كان أول حفل في أبوظبي يُصمَّم ليكون دامجاً وسهل الوصول للجميع.
فمن الخدمات الدامجة والتوظيف الدامج إلى إمكانية الوصول الفيزيائية والرقمية، أثبت الفائزون خلال هذه الدورة أنّ الدمج يبدأ بقرار ليتحوّل إلى فارقٍ ملموس في حياة أصحاب الهمم والمجتمع بأسره.

The Abu Dhabi Excellence Award for People of Determination Inclusion - Damj wrapped up its inaugural cycle in an exceptional ceremony embodying its mission, shifting inclusion from a concept to a daily and sustainable practice, where it was the first event in Abu Dhabi to be designed with inclusion and accessibility in mind.
Through inclusive services, inclusive employment, and physical and digital accessibility, this cycle’s winners proved that inclusion begins with a decision that translates into a tangible impact in the lives of People of Determination and the community.
