I am struggling a lot in TA. Can someone please guide if this essay meets the criteria of TR or not?

The world of work is changing rapidly and people cannot depend on having the same job or the same working conditions for life. What are the possible causes of this rapid change? How can people prepare for work in the future?

Over the last few decades, the dynamics of the working places have been altered significantly. This trend is mainly due to the encroachment of technology in the offices, and the opening of new avenues which were not possible in not so distant past. As corporates are evolving with the passage of time, in the imminent future, only the employees who have the then in-demand skill and ability to adapt changes would only be suitable for the jobs.
The processes and operations of contemporary organisations have become more efficient than ever. Most importantly, the adaption of technology by companies has eliminated the need for manual processing significantly. Take the example of ERP software, which centralised the whole organisation, mainly departments and their processes have made millions of employees redundant. Moreover, technology has also enabled and opened new industries which historically did not exist. With the evolution of the internet, many organisations are becoming globalised. This globalisation has increased job opportunities more than ever. Workforce, therefore, to gain more exposure, experience and increments often change their jobs, unlike in the past, when an employee prefers to remain stick with one job only.
Potential future employees might face a hyper-competitive environment in the near future. As the benefits of technology are uncountable, one fundamental problem with this is that it becomes obsolete rapidly. This frequent obsoletion is making traditional and recently developed roles less in demand. Take the example of aerial shots, which in recent past were required the help of a helicopter, a pilot and a cameraman now have been replaced by drone cameras, and the pilot and cameraman both have lost their jobs. Future workforce, hence, has to become tech-savvy if they want to survive in future corporate markets. Likewise, as the past trends of adaption of digital marketing by corporates suggest, traditional marketing jobs might get vanished in the next decade. Therefore, only when employees equip themselves with the future demands of the markets will become a preferable choice of future employers.
To conclude, not only does the technology have aided organisations in bringing efficiency and reducing cost, but it also created many new industries and jobs for employees as well. Only people who will assess, learn, and develop themselves according to the future demand of employers can survive the market.

*Reading Practice* (read and record🎤 🎤)

When I read, I also see other points of view. This inturn will help me broaden my mind. I may have one way of doing something, but the author or character would do it differently. I also prefer unpredictable books as they keep me on my toes. Books also contain useful and important information. This applies to both fiction and non-fiction books. Writers do lots of research to make their stories accurate and interesting. Finally, I like to read because I can read anything and anywhere. I usually take the bus to and from school. While waiting for the bus to arrive I will read a book. Therefore not only will I feel bored, I will be keeping my mind occupied too. At times, my friends do not have time to hang out with me. During those times I will read too. In conclusion, there are many benefits to reading. It expands your worldview and helps you with your creativity. I am glad I took up reading.

Another interesting thing that you find with these superstar students, these superstar
learners, is that they do a lot of deep learning, in other words, a lot of repetition. My
favorite example of this is Jerry Dye, a man named Jerry Dye. Now Jerry was a native
Chinese speaker and he moved to Canada. And he wanted to have perfect
pronunciation. He wanted to sound like a North American. So number one, what did he
do? Well, he focused on listening again…listening, listening, listening. Every day he
listened to English.
Something else he did very interesting. He learned deeply. It means he took the same
article, for example, or the same conversation, he listened to it 100, 200, 300, 400, 500
times. Amazing. The same conversation. Why did he do that? I mean it sounds crazy.
It’s very different from what normal students do. Well, because he realized he needed
that massive repetition so that he could really learn and absorb all the sounds of
English, the patterns of English. He realized that deep learning was more important
than going fast and trying to learn a lot of words and a lot of grammar.
I've taken this article from one of AJ's courses ... guess what's the name of this course?🤔🤔🤔

" The challenge is to keep pushing, keep improving, keep gathering energy, keep innovating & trying things until these efforts gather momentum on their own. The trick is to push for excellence even when nothing much seems to be happening.
This, in truth, requires faith-- faith in yourself faith that you will eventually build momentum and make a breakthrough to greatness.

In short, stay focused on what you do best, maintain your passion, and persevere until you make a dramatic breakthrough "
a dramatic breakthrough means here after a lot of efforts you'll make your success.

I've copied this article from one of AJ's speech named FLYWHEEL

Movement, is so important for baby's brains for the development of their brains.
It's quite interesting that for example if a child has a difficulty with understanding language or older children with reading.
that is one of the ways you can help them a lot is by improving their movement that the actions of movement specifically crawling, Especially the action of crawling that aha this will stimulate their brain and their development and that by doing a lot of crawling.
It actually will cause development in their brains to and this will help their reading ability.
this will help their language ability.
it's quite interesting quite interesting and so of course you know let's if you have a child that aren't reading so well even if he can walk already but one thing you can do is get him crawling a lot every day. Create a physical program for your children like 500 meters a day. That's pretty, that's a lot hey don't do it all at once but uh you would actually get them even though. They are walking you make a game. You know make a little course inside your home. They can crawl over stuff and under stuff but get them crawling that movement which is called you know like a cross pattern.
Right, it's the the arms go in the opposite direction the legs go in the opposite direction. That stimulates development in the brain that, it's also interesting is that I know that there are some physical trainers that also teach this for adults. For different reasons but that the action of crawling is a very good therapy. Physical therapy for adults before working with my baby I already knew out this I have a book. That is actually talks about this with adults so, for example people who have shoulder problems, have back problems, packed back pain, shoulder pain other issues, even like knee problems. Things like this that crawling is great way to kind of it balances your body. Be at this action of crawling around on the floor. If you do it enough it will, it will build up and develop your shoulders in a good natural way. It will help kind of if your spine or your joints are unbalanced it will help to rebalance them. It's quite interesting again. You need to do like you know 34or 500 meters a day but it's very very very good therapy. Physical therapy for adults I suspect that is also good mental therapy that's good for your brain development. Also you know I have talked for long time encourage you to move while you are listening right, to go walk. Walking also its its a cross pattern right, your arms and legs going in the opposite directions which stimulates the brain. It is not number one of course. Your blood gets moving and your breathing more so you get more oxygen into your body. Your brain gets more oxygen. It's very good for your brain in that way but there is also something about that cross movement. The running movement, the walking movement and the crawling movements are good. They are stimulating for our brain and help develop our brains. I would recommend that even as an adult that you do some crawling everyday. It's very good physical training. Now there is different kinds of crawling around like you can do as an adult. You can do the normal on your hands and knees like a baby crawling around like. That is very good for your body. Works your abs a bit,Good for your shoulder lines. Body you can also do what is called bear crawling which is much more difficult and that is when you are on hands and feet. Your knees are up the ground right, that is called a bear crawl a lot of physical trainers use that as one of their excersies very very very good for your shoulders and arms especially it will develop and strengthen your joints. It is good for your back and it's a challenging exercise it's its hard to do a bear crawl so you could do some crawling, some bear crawling and then of course I said when you are specially for English and your learning. You know for your brain it is so much better to learn while you're moving so much better to move move okey, you could be in your you could crawl around your your apartment, home or house while listening to something of course put it on your headphones go outside and go for a walk this is why I say this again and again and again do this. The worst possible thing to do the worst way to listen to your lessons is to sit on your butt and not move to sit in a chair sedentary way. This is called sedentary means not moving sedentary not moving it's the worst possible thing of course that's what schools are doing.
they put children in chairs, in seats and they have them sitting hours and hours for you know during the day.
