Star Educational Society-Bamyan Branch is seeking qualified and enthusiastic English as a Second/Foreign Language (ESL/EFL) Teachers to join our team in Bamyan, Afghanistan. We are reputable institutions dedicated to providing quality language education to our students, and we are looking for several passionate educators to contribute to our mission.

Position: ESL/EFL Teacher
Location: Bamyan, Afghanistan

Responsibilities:

-Plan and deliver effective English language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
-Develop engaging and interactive teaching materials to enhance student learning.
-Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and encourages language fluency.
-Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement appropriate teaching strategies to address individual learning needs.
-Incorporate technology and other educational resources to enhance the language learning experience.
-Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff & directing board to contribute to curriculum development and program enhancement.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus).
Demonstrated experience in teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language, preferably to diverse groups of learners.
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
Adaptability and flexibility in Star Educational Society - Bamyan Branch and their dynamic teaching environment.
Passion for education, language teaching, and cultural exchange.
Familiarity with instructional technologies and digital resources for language learning.
