We provide a Montessori based educational program where we promote the holistic development of each child; encourage independence in a planned and prepared learning environment; value uniqueness and respect individuality. Our educational program incorporates the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), ensuring your child receives quality education and care delivered by qualified and trained educators. Our classrooms are designed to deliver independent learning and exploration by each child in line with the carefully designed program focussing on 5 key areas:

- Sensorial
- Mathematics
- Literacy
- Cultural Subjects
- Each room provides a variety of resources where children work on activities of their own choice and at their own pace. They experience a blend of freedom and self-discipline in a place specially designed to meet their own individual natural developmental needs. Our Centre

Seeds Montessori is located in Adelaide’s northern suburb, Mawson Lakes. Located just behind Innovation House, the centre is located on the corner of Park Way and First Avenue, with direct access from Mawson Lakes Boulevard and Main North Road. Our centre is close to public transport and provides easy access to all community facilities including cafes, supermarkets, shops, University and so much more. Our centre offers:

🚒 Community Connections at Seeds Montessori 🚒🌱

This week, we were excited to welcome Carl, Rob, Kristian and Stuart from the Salisbury Metropolitan Fire Service (MFS). 👇

The children enjoyed learning about fire safety, exploring the fire truck, and discovering how firefighters help keep our community safe. 🌿

At Seeds Montessori, we value strong community connections that enrich children's learning and help prepare them for success. Experiences like these inspire curiosity, build confidence, and connect children with the world around them.

🧺✨ Practical Life with Montessori ✨🧺

In our Kindergarten environment, children engaged in Practical Life activities focused on transfer skills, including scooping and pouring.

These Montessori-inspired experiences support concentration, hand–eye coordination, fine motor development, and independence as children carefully transfer materials with control and purpose.

Through repetition and practice, children build confidence in everyday life skills while developing focus and a sense of responsibility within their learning environment.

At Seeds Montessori' we believe in access to early mathematics through hands-on, specific Montessori Materials.

In this moment, two children engage in different maths activities, both working independently with number recognition and quantity matching.

🐝 Seeds Montessori - World Bee Day 🐝

Our Montessori-inspired transfer tray encouraged scooping and transferring skills, just like bees moving nectar from flowers to the hive 🍯🌼

Celebrating Spike on World Turtle Day 🌎🐢

Recently, we celebrated World Turtle Day at Seeds Montessori with our wonderful classroom pet, Spike the turtle.

The children enjoyed learning more about turtles through stories, discussions, and hands-on activities while caring for Spike along the way. 🌱
