Happy Monday! Here is our menu for this week 😋

This morning Kindy Children had so much fun playing with Parachute. Children gather around a colorful parachute and held the edges tightly. Together they were lifting it high into the air, creating a giant wave that moves up and down. Everyone was laughing as the parachute billows like a big rainbow cloud.

Doctor and Nurses in action this morning. There were plenty of discussions with the children around their own sickness experiences and those with doctors and nurses in the wider community. Some shared stories of their mum and dad giving them cuddles, ice blocks, medicine and a bath.

Tri Skills with the Toddler Children 🙌🏽

The Nursery children really enjoyed the Tri-Skills incursion this morning. They were able to climb, jump, crawl and balance on the equipment. A great opportunity to extend physical development.

The nursery children created their own ‘Colourful Bird’ inspired by the Aboriginal story “How the birds got their colours”. Exploring colours and birds in our surrounding environment.

The children created their own play scenarios, played hide and seek with the animals and explored different textures and colours.
