Growing up, I was always told that you need to have your life mapped out by the time you’re in your thirties. That you need the good job, the partner, the house, the kids.

But now that I’m in my forties, it’s only now that I actually know what I want. Because now I know who I am and now I can choose a life that feels good - not just looks good on paper.

Don’t be afraid to start again. To follow your heart. To take a leap of faith.

What does it mean to be a juicy woman?

It’s a woman who is connected to her heart; her womb; her p^ssy; her pleasure.

She is naturally sensual, radiant, open, and curious. She is nourished, vital, and more likely to glide through life and ageing with ease and pleasure.

There will always be this moment, where you feel like you’re going backwards. Where you question whether it’s worth it. Or why you’ve even bothered at all.

This moment nearly always comes before the next level up. All it asks is that you feel what’s there and keep going.

I’ve been here many times. I was here on the weekend - in what felt like a dark hole of despair. But rather than running from it, I sat with the feelings. Felt all of them. And then tuned back in to my heart and the path that is calling me forward.

When you reach that moment, keep going.

Safe love vs dangerous love.

Dangerous love is the type of love where:
- you have to be careful what you say
- you only show certain parts of who you are
- you learn to manage the other persons emotions and moods
- there is silent treatment
- or outbursts where you often brace yourself
- you feel like you’re communicating in completely different languages

Safe love is different. It’s calm. Grounded. Peaceful.
And anything but boring - because the passion is still there.

As a child, we would get told off for saying my mums age out loud. Especially once she hit 40. She was petrified of aging.

But aging is a part of life - so why run from it? Why not embrace every stage and live life to your fullest - at every stage.

The second half of your life is where you actually know who you are.
