Rival Brothers Coffee Roasters

Join us as our Head Barista / Supervisor at our flagship Cheltenham cafe.

This role will lead barista operations, drive quality, train new baristas, develop coffee standards and consistency, and supervise weekend operations.

Full time salaried position (0.8FTE negotiable).
