Grading Test-March 2026

Free sparring is especially important for girls earning their black belt because it builds confidence, resilience, and the ability to apply techniques against a real, resisting partner. It teaches girls to trust their power, control their space, and respond with strategy rather than fear.

Here is a brief video of successful Black Belt Applicants, Avishi and Nysa, demonstrating Free Sparring as a part of their exam.

Grading Test-March 2026

A Junior Black Belt test is more than a grading, it's a moment where young students rise to meet the best version of themselves.
They step onto the floor with nervous excitement, years of practice behind them, and a determination far bigger than their size. What they show in this test is not just skill—it’s character.

Here are young Junior Black Belt applicants, Dhyan and Devaj demonstrating Chung Moo Hyong as part of their exam.
