The South Australian Science Teachers Association (SASTA) aim is 'to promote and support the teaching of science in schools', and 'to foster the professional development of science teachers'. SASTA's strength lies in its members who are science teachers and laboratory officers and in the many highly committed educators who volunteer their time out of school hours to ensure that we continue to serve the needs of all teachers of science.
