Celebrating 60 Years of Faith, Learning, and Community 🌟

Lutheran Education Australia warmly congratulates Maitland Lutheran School, South Australia on the remarkable milestone of its 60th anniversary.

For six decades, the school has faithfully nurtured students in learning, faith, and service, shaping generations with a strong sense of purpose and belonging. 🙏

We also give heartfelt thanks for the extraordinary service of Principal David Field, whose 30 years of dedicated leadership have had a lasting impact on the school community. David’s commitment, wisdom, and care have helped guide and strengthen Maitland Lutheran School through many seasons of growth and change. 🌱

May this anniversary be a time of gratitude for all that has been, and a hopeful celebration of all that is yet to come.

Our second Leading Lutheran Identity workshop was recently held at LEQ.

It was wonderful to bring together a vibrant group of current and aspiring leaders from St Peters Lutheran College Springfield and St Peters Lutheran College, Prince of Peace Lutheran College, Everton Hills, Bethany Lutheran Primary School, and Lutheran Ormeau Rivers District School (LORDS). Together, we explored how Lutheran identity and culture are shaped and lived out in our schools.

A rich collaboration between LEA, LEQ, LESNW, and LEVNT - thank you to all involved!

LEA is excited to partner with ALWS and LYQ for this wonderful opportunity. Schools and congregations in Queensland are encouraged to send young people to this event - a time to learn, grow and take action. See you there!
