What happens when you realise your child may not live with you forever?
In this episode of The Empowered Parent Podcast, Graham shares the deeply personal journey of supporting Bradley into adulthood and creating a home where he can feel safe, understood, and supported to grow with dignity and choice.
We talk about anxiety, OCD, tics, and how behaviour is often communication. We also explore the power of curiosity, understanding patterns rather than fighting them, and the role the right supports can play in helping families move out of survival mode.
This conversation also goes into the real life side of supported living and the NDIS. The decisions, the staffing, the routines, the emotional load, and the unexpected moments where adulthood begins to emerge.
A thoughtful and honest episode for parents thinking about future living options, independence, and what support can truly look like.

The Empowered Parent with Dana Baltutis Podcast is back with a special 6 week series focusing on dads.
In this series, Graham Clark shares his journey as a dad to Bradley, his now mid twenties neurodivergent son, and the experiences that led him and his wife Tracy to create All4One Ability Services, supporting neurodivergent young adults in accommodation and independent living.
In our first episode, we talk about the early years, diagnosis, the challenges dads often carry quietly, and the importance of hope, practical support, and community.

Something a little different from me today.
I'm thrilled to be joining an incredible panel of leaders on Thursday 21 May for the Adelaide Success Circle, and I'd love for you to know about it.
This is an evening designed specifically for senior leaders in healthcare, NDIS, and aged care -- and the topic couldn't be more timely: The Complexities of Leading People Today.
Because let's be honest. Leading a team right now is genuinely hard. Workforce pressures, burnout, competing expectations, constant change. If you're feeling it, you're not imagining it -- and you're not alone.
The panel brings together:
Jacki Done (Chief People & Quality Officer, Uniting SA), Donna Adams (Behavioural Change Specialist and founder of Business Leaders Circles), Dr Phil Hamdorf (CEO, Australian Sporting Alliance for People with a Disability), and me -- Dana Baltutis, Founder of My Therapy House.
We'll be having honest, peer-to-peer conversations about what it actually takes to lead well right now. No vendors. No pitches. Just real talk from people who get it -- and plenty of time to mingle, connect, and leave genuinely inspired.
Thursday 21 May, 4:00 -- 6:30 pm
The Function, Level 3/4 Colley Terrace, Glenelg
Drinks, nibbles, and a room full of people who understand your world.
