We're meeting, and you're invited! ๐จโ๏ธโจ
This is the first public meeting for the Great Southern Makerspace, and arguably the most important one we'll ever hold.
Over the past few weeks we've seen overwhelming community interest in the idea of a shared workshop and makerspace for Albany. Now it's time to bring everyone together, share where things stand, discuss what's next, and hear directly from the people helping make this happen.
We'll also be seeking 2โ3 additional members to join the steering committee as we move towards formal incorporation.

It was great to be part of ASHS's Destination Uni event and chat with so many students about their future study options.
Our UWA Albany team enjoyed answering questions, sharing information about university pathways, and discussing what student life is like in Albany.
We look forward to welcoming many of these students to UWA Albany in the years ahead as they take the next step in their education journey! ๐โจ
Thank you Albany Senior High School for a great student initiative!
